How does the 24-hour trial work?
Full access, one device, 24 hours, no card. It expires automatically. One trial per household — enforced.
Which devices are supported?
Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Firestick, Android, iPhone and iPad, Windows and Mac, plus MAG and Formuler portal boxes. Every device has a dedicated install guide.
How many screens can run at once?
As many as your tier allows: Solo (1), Duo (2), Family (3). Concurrency is enforced at the server.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and USDT. A secure payment link is issued after order verification; credentials follow confirmed payment — usually within minutes.
How fast is activation?
Trial lines are provisioned within minutes of submission. Paid lines are provisioned immediately after payment confirmation.
Can I upgrade my tier or extend my term?
Yes. Remaining value on the current line is credited toward the new one. Contact the support desk and it is handled the same day.
What are bonus days?
Additional service days added at no charge: +3 on monthly terms, scaling to +35 on 24-month terms.
What is the refund position?
A 7-day service guarantee: if the fault is on our side and support cannot resolve it, the payment is returned. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.

What happens if a stream degrades?
Every membership includes a standby backup server. Switch to it and continue watching — that redundancy is how we maintain 99.9% uptime.
Is VPN use supported?
Fully. Clixwatch operates normally behind any reputable VPN.
