Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Clixwatch service. By registering an account, activating a trial, or purchasing a membership, you accept them. They are written to be read.

1. The service

Clixwatch provides subscription access to live television channels and on-demand video content, delivered over the internet to the member's own devices. Tier determines the number of simultaneous connections (one to three) permitted per account.

2. Accounts and credentials

Credentials are issued for the member's personal use. They may be used on any of the member's own devices within the concurrency limit of the purchased tier. Resale, public distribution, or systematic sharing of credentials constitutes a breach and grounds for suspension. Suspected breaches are raised with the member before enforcement action is taken.

3. Payment and provisioning

Memberships are prepaid for the selected term (1 to 24 months). Following order verification, a payment link is issued; upon confirmed payment, the line is provisioned and credentials are dispatched by email — typically within minutes. Accepted instruments: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, USDT. Displayed prices are final; nothing renews without the member's explicit instruction.

4. Trial terms

The 24-hour trial is limited to one per person and household, requires no payment instrument, and terminates automatically. Trials carry the full service and are subject to these terms in their entirety.

5. Service standards and limitations

Clixwatch targets 99.9% availability and maintains standby backup infrastructure on every membership. Absolute continuity of an internet-delivered service cannot be guaranteed; scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and conditions on the member's own network or hardware may affect playback. Faults on our side are addressed by the support desk, which operates continuously; remedies for material failure are set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

The service is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing. Members shall not copy, rebroadcast, resell, publicly exhibit, or interfere with the service, nor use it in violation of applicable law. Breach terminates the license.

7. Variations

Material changes to these terms or to the composition of a live membership are notified by email before taking effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
