Clixwatch collects the minimum data required to operate the service, retains it no longer than necessary, and sells it to no one. This document states precisely what is held and why.

1. Data collected

At registration: an email address, used for credential delivery, receipts, and service notices. At purchase: order records (tier, term, dates). Where voluntarily provided: a Telegram or WhatsApp handle for expedited delivery, and device declarations used solely for provisioning. Payment card data is processed entirely by our payment partners; Clixwatch never receives or stores card numbers.

2. Use of data

Three purposes only: operating your subscription, responding to support requests, and sending service communications. Marketing communications, where sent, carry a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. No profiling, no data brokerage.

3. Disclosure

Data is disclosed only to processors strictly necessary to operate the service — payment providers and the transactional email provider — limited to the minimum each requires, under their own compliance obligations (including PCI-DSS for payment partners). No sale, no rental, no third-party marketing access.

4. Cookies

The site uses a minimal cookie set for preferences and aggregate usage measurement. No cross-site tracking is deployed.

5. Retention and deletion

Account data persists for the life of the account plus statutory accounting retention on order records. A deletion request from the account email removes all personal data beyond those obligations; completion is confirmed in writing.

6. Your rights

Access, correction, and deletion requests are honored on receipt of a single email to support@clixwatch.tv. No forms, no friction.

7. Security

Personal data is stored encrypted, with internal access restricted to personnel who require it. In the event of an incident affecting member data, affected members are notified promptly and plainly.
