Refund Policy
// Effective: August 4, 2026
Clixwatch operates on a simple principle: we are paid to deliver a working service. Where we fail to deliver and cannot correct the failure, payment is returned. This policy states exactly when and how.
1. Evaluation before purchase
A free 24-hour trial is available to every prospective member, providing full access on one device with no payment instrument required. Members are expected to use it: it is the definitive test of compatibility with your devices and connection.
2. The 7-day service guarantee
A refund may be requested within seven (7) days of purchase where the service materially fails to perform as described โ channels failing to load, sustained quality below advertised standards, or non-delivery of activation. Support must first be given reasonable opportunity to diagnose and correct the issue. Where correction is not achieved, the payment is refunded in full.
3. Exclusions
Refunds do not extend to circumstances outside Clixwatch's control, including: insufficient or unstable local internet service, device misconfiguration contrary to the published install guides, VPN-induced routing issues, or a change of mind after the guarantee window. Third-party application fees (e.g., player activation fees paid to app developers) are collected by those developers and are outside our authority to refund.
4. Method and timing of refunds
Refunds are returned via the original payment channel: card to card, PayPal to PayPal, USDT to the originating wallet in the same currency. Card and PayPal refunds settle within 5โ10 business days; cryptocurrency refunds typically settle faster.
5. Cancellation
Memberships are prepaid for a fixed term and do not auto-renew. No action is required to cancel: an unrenewed line simply expires at term end. Early termination with migration of remaining value toward a different tier or term may be arranged through the support desk.
6. Submitting a claim
Email support@clixwatch.tv from the order email address, stating the order reference and the observed fault. Claims are reviewed by a person, not a script, and receive a substantive response โ typically within the hour, at any hour.
